We need to make a change, and should have done so already, but i am not sure that bringing new guys in now, who would not be the No. 1 option at the end of this year is a good idea either.

You can't bring in a whole new staff right now, but you cut the head off the snake, and it gives fans hope for the future. As long as idiot coach is on the sidelines the angst and disgust is only going to get worse.
