Yeah, Ballard needs to go...sooner than later.
If Ballard is still around next year, I am not even following the team...he will continue to be the same pig-headed, inflexible GM.
There needs to be Ballard Gone, Ryan Kelly Gone, Braden Smith Gone, Leonard Gone.
With the high draft pick, this is a good year/opportunity for change.
