The scotus still got it right. If you care to actually research why they got it right, research how it became law through the Warren court. It was unconstitutional on that alone. This country has finally dusted off the constitution and are starting to make it relevant again. I applaud them and don't personally give a fuck how many feelings they hurt in doing so!
