Ahh yes, we should be reading the highly accurate and unbiased American Thinker! You can tell the article is unbiased because it specifically references the Chinese Coronavirus pandemic” like any reputable reporter should. Never mind that it is clearly wrong about a major part of the article - vaccines authorized only by EUA can be required by employers. You can thank at will employment laws. The article also claims the Delta variant makes the vaccine obsolete. Data doesn’t even come close to showing that as being true. But American Thinker isn’t known for facts or accuracy.

Now, if your overall point is that legally the vaccines are different then yes that is true and not exactly hidden. And I will agree there are potential liability ramifications to that. However, they are the same formulation. Basically if your concern is about the vaccine’s safety and effectiveness, then they are the same. If your primary concern is your ability to sue the manufacturer then yeah there may be an issue.
