On the touchdown, that appeared to be very heads-up by the Colts.
Mack may have scored on the previous play, and perhaps the Chiefs were expecting the Colts to challenge it ........ instead, they quickly got up to the line, ran the next play, and (perhaps) took the Chiefs by surprise.
