With the generated dead money from the cuts combined with their expected spending on spots 52/53, PS and churn, it appears that JAX is sitting on about $23m that can be used to sign new free agents.
That gets Foles signed but does not provide the cap space to sign any of their outgoing FAs to include:
DT Malik Jackson
TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins
T.J. Yeldon
FS Tashaun Gipson
WR Donte Moncrief
RT Jermey Parnell
They can probably RFA tag their starting LG in Chris Reed, however, if they want.
