State of the team

I can't harp enough how poor this offensive line is. It is embarrassingly bad. Smith seems to have found some traction and has handled Watt, along with Raimann. Raimann seems to be getting the hang of it. He will have mistakes, but for fucks sake he is a 3rd rounder thrown to the wolves. His ceiling is high. Rest of the o-line? Get fucking rid of them. Trade Q and Kelly while you can. Both have been beaten like a crack whore who owes her pimp money. We can't get any kind of downfield throws consistently. Receivers are struggling to get separation, even from mediocre DB's. Mainly because the line won't hold up long enough for it to develop.

Our new OC knows the limitations as does Saturday which is why I honestly believe its the reason we see the plays called, it is our apex of what we can do. To me that is a bigger reason than inexperience.

Ryan is done. I was all for the trade, but time to admit it was not a good move and I would rather have the 3rd round pick back.

Special teams has been solid all year except for a couple quarters.

Defense has been solid all year. They can win you a super bowl. Downside is, our offense will get you a top 5 pick.

It is time to gut this shit. Ballard has had 6 years, he has failed to put the talent out there necessary to win. He can only ride the Luck retiring unicorn for so long. Its time he owns what he has put on the field.

Do what we have to do and get a QB this draft and start a true rebuild.

The team is fucked by the spoiled ass impatient owner

Someone tell that motherfucker you can’t buy a championship

Sad is the state of the team. Saturday is showing that he doesn’t belong as a head coach with his terrible clock management at the end of the game. That was Nathaniel Hackett bad.

That’s a bad loss at home to a bad team that isn’t going anywhere and yet filled our stadium with an embarrassing number of fans.

This franchise is in a death spiral right now and I don’t see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Lord help our Colts.

irsay really fucked up this team. and worse the perception of this team

i fear we won't be able to get a proper gm or hc due to his shitty handling of the riech/ryan/saturday situation.

100 percent agree. For as much as Jim didn’t want to be like his dad, he sure acts a lot like him now.

It’s a losing season and we’re just going to have to sit through it. It’s a weird season. A 4-8 Carolina team could still make the playoffs. Also the offenses around the league look bad. I don’t know if it’s a lack of practice time, or lack of effort to refine the details. But I don’t remember this many teams struggling to score in decades.

We're a mess. I don't understand how the O-line got so bad so quickly. That combined with a QB that's a statue is a recipe for disaster. I can understand the thinking behind the Rivers-Wentz-Ryan path. It was thought we were only a QB away from being a serious contender but that has blown up in our faces. It was either the 2020 or 2021 draft where I was so sure we would go for a left tackle. I just about barfed when we didn't. I will go apoplectic if we don't draft a quarterback next spring. For now put in Ehlinger since Ryan is definitely not the future. He can get some experience as our future second string QB.

Another year or two of this and Indy might be in danger of losing the franchise....having that many opposing team fans in your house is how it starts, then empty seats, then moving vans!

YDFL Commish 11-29-2022 03:14 PM

The offense is just plain broken. Almost everything about. Let's not forget that we are still running Reich's very forgettable system. It won't be fixed until we have new vision on offense.

NO jet sweeps, no outside runs for JT, no screen game, Ryan is toast, too many empty sets, no mis-direction, Pierce can't get the job done. How about a deep shot just to see if we can get a cheap PI?
