2022 Draft Class signings
With the last 2 CBA's, most of these rookie contract negotiations are more formalities rather than hard extended negotiations. I believe 3rd rounders seem to have the most terms to negotiate so they can sometimes take the longest to settle.
So far the Colts have signed: 3rd round S Nick Cross: 4 years, $5.066 million with a $864,100 signing bonus, according to figures sourced by Spotrac. 5th round DT Eric Johnson: 4 years, $3.981 million with a $320,740 signing bonus. 6th round TE Drew Ogletree: 4 years, $3.838 million, $178,188 signing bonus. 6th round DT Curtis Brooks: 4 years, $3.792 million, $132,016 signing bonus. 7th round DB Rodney Thomas II: 4 years, $3.755 million, $95,384 signing bonus. https://fox59.com/sports/colts/colts...e-free-agents/ https://fox59.com/sports/colts/colts...ck-nick-cross/ |
The Colts signed 2nd Round WR Alec Pierce today.
According to Spotrac, the 4 year contract is worth $6.601 million with a $1,980,976 signing bonus. https://www.colts.com/news/colts-sig...ce-to-contract |
And that is a wrap....the Colts signed their two remaining draft picks today - TE Jelani Woods and OT Bernhard Raimann.
According to Spotrac, the 4 year contract for Woods is worth $5.372 million with a $1,087,252 signing bonus. Raimann, who was selected a few spots later, signed his 4 year deal for $5.302 million with a $1,035,972 signing bonus. https://www.colts.com/news/colts-sig...nn-to-contract |
