Watching Ryan hit the receivers in stride is refreshing to see.

Ryan is the anti-Wentz, which is an awesome thing.

According to Wentz fans on Twitter, that’s overrated.

I know Ryan is no Peyton Manning, but he is still an above average QB with at least 3 years still left in the tank (Hopefully) He is legendary for his health regiment and it shows in his performance. I noticed watching some film on him trying to get to know what to expect he has one of the same tangibles Peyton had. He has the ability and accuracy to throw his receivers open. It was a beautiful thing watching Peyton throw to a spot on the field before anyone even turned their head. He made household names of some otherwise pedestrian receivers. If Ryan can do that on a serviceable level we are in for some fun this year.

It's refreshing to see a QB who's not just wingin' it and going through the motions in practice.

If the Colts had re-signed Wentz, I would not be looking forward to this season at all. With Ryan, I am stoked about this season.

I agree with your sentiment, but he had one year left on the contract we traded for, so he was not going to be re-signed this year.
