All my teams won last weekend so of course this week they are all proceeding to lose. Lions are hottest team in the league right now, hate to step into that buzzsaw. This is kinda a trap game for them though, that's the only thing I see for them.

Steichen called a run up the middle on 2nd-and-1 ...... very predictable, and very stoppable, which is exactly what the Lions did.

When Colts fans say "Run the damned ball", they don't mean that they want you to essentially tell the other team precisely what you intend to do, and then hand it off to the running back.

I like the uniforms, but while the helmets aren't horrible, the traditional blue horseshoe is by far my favorite logo in all sports, so I am of course biased.

Steichen sucks ...... Richardson is going to have to somehow get it done in spite of him.

On 1st-and-20, a fake hand-off to Taylor and Richardson keeping it going the opposite direction on a designed quarterback run would have been nice.



I'm not claiming that I would be a good play-caller (I wouldn't), but Steichen is so predictable that a 12-year old fan in the 7th-grade could guess what he is going to call.

It may not last, but at least they avoided a disastrous start.

That quarter went really quickly.

And what the fuck Ogletree, he just tackled the guy rushing. It was the most clear hold ever, and MAC getting destroyed didn't help anything either.

It will be. I still think the best comp for him is Josh Allen, who sucked badly until year 3.
