After that week 1 loss if anyone would’ve told me we be in this position with Rivers still at QB I would’ve taken it
|
Jags are going to fire Marrone after the game. Rumored to want Urban Meyer.

By the way, I hope Roethlisberger trips and breaks his leg on the SIDELINES today, and Tomlin falls over him and breaks an arm !!!

The Colts will win a close one today. If they finish the season at 11-5 and a .688 winning percentage, I'll be impressed. They beat the Packers, and they beat the Titans when they were at full-strength. They choked away a win against the Steelers last week, and they lost a game to the worst team in the NFL in September. That loss to the Jaguars very well may have been a catalyst that propelled them to go 10-3 over their next 13 games ...... Frank Reich and Jim Irsay both said so immediately after the Colts beat the Packers last month to improve their overall record to 7-3. Looking at the overall picture, I think that this has been a very solid season for the Colts, even if they join the 1985 Broncos and the 2008 Patriots as only the 3rd team ever to go 11-5 and not make the post-season since the advent of the 16-game schedule in 1978. o |
Watching the Bills right now and at least Allen is starting.
|
Browns lead those asshole Steelers 7-0. Dolphins lead the Bills 3-0 after an interception by Allen. I sure as hell don't want to have to depend on the Texans later today.

The Bills look like they are trying ...... the defense came up with a big sack on 3rd down to force a long field goal attempt. The offense looked pretty good just prior to that INT on their opening drive. o |
We can forget about a Ravens upset, they are up by 10 on the hapless Bungles.
|
Damn Fins have a great defense.

Allen is still playing at the start of the 2nd quarter. Thank you Bills for not being chickenshits like the Steelers.
|
Damn, Josh Allen is so damn good. If I had a choice for the Colts, between Allen and Lawrence, I would take Allen in a heartbeat. TD pass for Allen, Bills lead 7-3. Go Bills, right now they are my 2nd favorite team.
|
Bills just took the lead. Hope they don't pull anyone early
|
Tua is only good at short throws, he ain't worth a shit with throws over 10 yards.

The Steelers just had a long, sustained drive which resulted in a field goal ...... long, sustained drives rests your defense, and makes the opposing defenses labor. o |

Bills are playing their asses off. This was the one game that I thought would save the Colts. Fuck you Steelers, Bills up 14-3.

Now 14-3 Bills

The Steelers' defense just forced a Browns punt. In 4 possessions so far in the 1st half, the Steelers defense has forced 2 punts, ceded 1 TD, and ceded 1 FG ...... not bad, not great. o |
If the Dolphins lose today and the Colts win, I will feel bad for the Dolphins. 10-6 should be good enough to make the postseason, especially when 3 9-7 or worse teams will make it in the NFC if the Rams lose.
|
Punt return TD give the Bills a good lead. 21-3
|
Bills just returned a punt to go up 21 - 3. I'm feeling a little better at this point.

If the Colts win today and don't make the post-season, that will be much more of an injustice than if the Dolphins lose and don't make it at 10-6 ...... an 11-5 team that showed that they were one of the few teams in the NFL that were capable of beating the Green Bay Packers not making the playoffs is much more of a significant happening than a 10-6 team that has very little chance to represent their conference in the Super Bowl not making the post-season. o |

The Steelers just added another field goal ...... they have gotten some momentum going since falling behind 10-0. o |
Hope Buffalo can keep it up, and Pittsburgh at least keeps it close. If Buffalo really wants that 2nd seed (not sure if they do or not, but I think they do), a blowout by the Browns would make it easy for them to rest their guys.
