The two Colts listed as Questionable - DeForest Buckner and Mo Alie-Cox - are both ACTIVE for today's game.

Colts Inactives vs the Texans:

• QB Jacob Eason
• WR DeMichael Harris
• WR Dezmon Patmon
• T Will Holden
• CB Tremon Smith

Puck 12-20-2020 01:20 PM

C- on the thread title. Didn't mention Texans and forgot the *** at the beginning and end. I would have given a C+ but you said Keystone. and Omaha drinks Keystone Light.

BTW I'm having a bloody mary for pregame. I recommend that to all of you freaks.

Colts 33- 24

This Texans game today has me more concerned that the Steelers game last week, specifically because of Deshaun Watson ...... subsequently, I believe that this game is the Colts' biggest hurdle in regard to the possibility of running table after the loss to the Titans 3 weeks ago.

TheMugwump 12-20-2020 02:04 PM

Ugly pandering on the title. C-.

But yeah, he probably could, right?

TheMugwump 12-20-2020 02:09 PM

The Bears sacked Watson six times last week. I'd like to think Indy can do better.

One down.

albany ed 12-20-2020 02:16 PM

TD yes!

JAFF 12-20-2020 02:17 PM

How was that Taylor run? He was perfect.

Maniac 12-20-2020 02:17 PM

Taylor with the great vision on that run

I feel like his vision has really improved as the season has gone on. He is turning a lot of runs that look to be losses into gains.

Chromeburn 12-20-2020 02:20 PM

That was a great run! Vision, jump cut to avoid penetration, then decisiveness and power to carry that guy into the endzone. Feeling much better about the Taylor pick.

Whats the phrase, the game is slowing down? He’s thinking less and knowing more

TheMugwump 12-20-2020 02:21 PM

After last week, I was a little worried that Taylor's big game was because of the weak Raiders' defense.

He's still getting better every week, though, and that first drive was strong.

There's a man who has improved his vision a ton just in the second half of the season.

Absolutely. He has really turned a corner in his development.

Maniac 12-20-2020 02:25 PM

Thanks Watson

Dewey 5 12-20-2020 02:26 PM

Texans might challenge that.

TheMugwump 12-20-2020 02:26 PM

That's two sacks.

Maniac 12-20-2020 02:29 PM

Mo Alie Cox played basketball?????

They might. It looked like his wrist hitting the ground caused the fumble, which would not count as him being down.

But even if it's overturned, it's fourth down, and Indy will get the ball on the punt. So, not a huge issue.

Maniac 12-20-2020 02:30 PM

Pascal with the great catch with a hand in there.

and then rewarded with the TD

Dewey 5 12-20-2020 02:30 PM

Pascal is a bad ass!

Limited talking points, week to week. It gets old.

Who does he think he is, Marcus Pollard?

Butter 12-20-2020 02:31 PM

If they never do that TD celebration again, it will be too soon.

Yep, it's the lazy approach to being an analyst.

You're doing it right now, aren't you?

TheMugwump 12-20-2020 02:34 PM

Yeah, but did you notice that Brissett was one of the first guys out there celebrating with him? Jacoby may not be the starter, but he's still a team leader and loved in the room.

I wish him luck next year, wherever he lands.

Speaking of QB's, has anyone heard how Eaton is progressing?

Brylok 12-20-2020 02:40 PM

I'm very pleased with the performance so far today. We're good in all phases of the game. I wonder what Pascal's ceiling is? He's been good and Rivers is favoring him today.

Maniac 12-20-2020 02:41 PM

Where was the holding call on the right tackle? It was obvious

There were a few stories about Eason a couple of weeks ago. He is mainly working out with the QB's coach after practices. Occasionally Reich or Sirianni joins in the workouts.

nate505 12-20-2020 02:44 PM

I know the Texans aren't good, but this is the sort of performance that's great to see in a pretty much must win divisional game at home.

TheMugwump 12-20-2020 02:44 PM

That's three.

Spike 12-20-2020 02:48 PM

Running game is on fire today.

TheMugwump 12-20-2020 02:58 PM

Four sacks in less than two quarters.

Nice pressure all day.

WaynesWorld87 12-20-2020 03:00 PM

We're so fucking bad at getting the defense off the field on 3rd down against the Texans. We either need to sack Watson twice per possession, force a turnover, or hope he overthrows a pass or a receiver drops a pass. Because if Watson is able to just attempt a pass downfield, we sure as hell aren't going to break it up or anything. Point is, it feels like against Watson and the Texans, we're waiting for their offense to make a mistake in order for us to get as top unless we get a sack or two.
