And that's ballgame!!!!! Fuck I love Frank Reich. |
Huge 1st down. Gigantic.
|
Nice to have a head coach with balls
|
So, who picked us 27-24? I know someone did
|
Hell yeah, JB and Doyle. Game over. Great call.
|
I love me some Doyle.
|
Frank Reich is a fucking boss!!!
|
I fucking love Frank Reich
|
2-1. Fuck yeah!
|
Just so Dam knows. Reich isn't Pagano. Chuckster would have blown this game by running Trent Richardson in the line 3 times.

I think I'm ready to jump on the Brissett wagon. Is there still room?

Great team win!!! Special props to JB, AV, and Frank Reich!!!!!

No offense meant to JB, he was great today and has been good overall so far this season, but we still need a QB upgrade in the long-run. But, with Reich at the helm, I don't think we need another Andrew Luck caliber QB to reasonably expect consistent playoff appearances. The body-of-work isn't large enough, yet, to call Reich an elite head coach, but he definite has elite potential. |

Luck who?
Too soon? Seriously this team is fun and can get better. You can see JB confidence growing. Defense scares me but they were missing pieces.. they could get better as the season progresses. Eferbus needs to step it up. |

After today Colts could be all alone in first.

Excellent win given Atlanta has some serious talent catching the ball. Kudos to Reich for today's game plan.
Colts defense did enough to close this out and out Offense looks better every week. Solid game all around. Few penalties, no turn overs, and worked around the injuries (TY Hilton specifically). VERY happy at the this moment! |

Yes for the first round. Wouldn't the second round match up be in San Diego as a wild card if they had a better record than the AFC South-winning Colts?

Ok then. I'm remembering a playoff loss incorrectly.

Yes, it was the 11-5 defending Super Bowl champion Saints on the road against the 7-9 Seahawks in 2010. http://www.jt-sw.com/football/boxes/...post-wc-no-sea Similarly, the 12-4 Colts had to go on the road to play the 8-8 Chargers in San Diego, 2 years earlier in 2008. http://www.jt-sw.com/football/boxes/...post-wc-ind-sd o |

The Colts went 13-3 in 1999, and were upset at the Hoosier Dome by the Titans in the Divisional playoff. The following season (2000) they went 10-6 and traveled to Miami, but Miami had a better record (11-5.) The biggest post-season screw job in the history of the NFL was in 1967, when the Colts lost 1 game and did not make the playoffs because idiot Pete Rozelle set up 4 different divisions of 4 teams apiece with no Wildcard ........ the Colts were actually unbeaten going into the final game of the season at 11-0-2. They lost to the Rams in Los Angeles on the final day of the season, and lost the division title on a tiebreaker when both teams finished at 11-1-2. o |
Its painful to think about the missed opportunities by the Colts with Manning at QB.. How many times did the Colts lose to a team in the playoffs that went on to the Superbowl? Titans, Steelers and Patriots twice I believe.
Those were some good Colts teams capable of beating anyone. |
