Keep that clock rolling

Hoopsdoc 10-19-2025 06:53 PM

This win will be up to the offense.

I think that it will.

I believe that part of the reason (aside from injuries to key players) why the Chargers are piling up so many yards and points is that they have been (and will continue to) going for it on 4th down every time without fail, as they are very far behind with nothing to lose.

The Colts' defense might not be as good as they looked in the first half, but I don't think that they are as bad as they look in the 2nd half.

It happened again ...... they went for it on 4th down because they are far behind, and have nothing to lose.

The Colts' defense is struggling, but they are being pushed to the absolute limit by the situation that the Chargers are in.

ChoppedWood 10-19-2025 06:56 PM

Good job cutting it inside there fella!

Hoopsdoc 10-19-2025 06:56 PM

They haven’t run the ball more than twice in the 2nd half aside from the tush pushes.

Brylok 10-19-2025 06:56 PM

390 yards for Herbert is ridiculous

Racehorse 10-19-2025 06:57 PM

Penalty helps

ChoppedWood 10-19-2025 06:57 PM

Let's go, one fucking play!!!!

TheMugwump 10-19-2025 06:57 PM

Tick, tick, tick...

Brylok 10-19-2025 06:57 PM

Chargers have had several drops, too.

CletusPyle 10-19-2025 06:57 PM

This is the defenses time to take them down!

Racehorse 10-19-2025 06:58 PM

Sack time

CletusPyle 10-19-2025 06:58 PM

Why aren't we blitzing!

Only guess is to keep the clock running without giving up a quick TD.
Situational football.

Too tired. We don't have enough guys to rotate.

Insane right.

Man, Latu just gets worked by the pass offs, just worked. He has to develop some moves to counter that shit.

Oh don’t do that for Gods sake. At least make them burn some clock before they score. Don’t allow a long touchdown with a blitz that doesn’t make it.

Not necessarily ...... we need to take into consideration that the Chargers have already gone for it twice on 4th down THREE TIMES when ordinarily they would not have.

If this were a close game, the Chargers would have kicked a field goa and punted on their last 3 4th downs ...... subsequently, the Colts' defense essentially has to get an extra stop or 2 on each and every Chargers possession in the 2nd half.

Lest we not forget, that Bradley would have been playing prevent 5 minutes ago. Anarumo is making them work for it

Buck got him!

ChaosTheory 10-19-2025 07:02 PM

They're not blitzing because look at the clock.

Let them enjoy their yardage totals and 15 play drives while down multiple scores. Anarumo isn't leaving 9th string CBs alone.

Brylok 10-19-2025 07:02 PM

BUCK! Again!

Racehorse 10-19-2025 07:02 PM

Sack #3

YDFL Commish 10-19-2025 07:03 PM

Buck kills!

CletusPyle 10-19-2025 07:03 PM

Ziare made the play....I never saw that coming!

ChoppedWood 10-19-2025 07:03 PM

Holy shit--- Franklin running with him, wow!

Blind squirrel

ChoppedWood 10-19-2025 07:04 PM

Ok--- no fucking holding or PI penalty!!!

Racehorse 10-19-2025 07:05 PM

If we hold them here, I bet JT breaks one

Brylok 10-19-2025 07:05 PM

Whew

Was hoping for the TD there.

Hoopsdoc 10-19-2025 07:06 PM

Credit where it’s due. That was one hell of a play by Zaire.

Great job defense.

You should go buy a couple of scratch-offs today

4 times ...... that's FOUR TIMES that the Chargers went for it on 4th down in the 2nd half because the game was not close ...... so to me, that would give the Colts' defense a pretty serious curve on their overall grade of the way that they played in the 2nd half.
