Good stay away from Eberflus. It is weird I was not overly thrilled with the hiring of a "Tampa-2" coach, but damn if he is not been creative and maximized what talent he has to work with.

I also found this funny - supposedly the runner-up choice for the GB job was the Bucs OC Todd Monken. So McVisor didn't even crack their top 2 picks. I guess he didn't have a good answer for the question - "So what exactly happened with the Colts last year?"

He was also the OC of the Rams last year. Anyone who has a whiff of Sean McVay about them is a hot candidate.

According to reports....they are wanting to recreate the Mc Vay experience from the Rams. He was Mc Vays OC last year and gets some credit for the turnaround they experienced. Not sure how they rationalize what he did this year with the Titans but oh well. Will be interesting to see whether he can build a rapport with AR.

Not too hard to rationalize. Gabbert is terrible and Mariota can be as well at times.

I guess he was the QBs coach for Matt Ryan his MVP season as well.
