Damn Pittman?

IndyNorm 01-04-2026 03:06 PM

Is JT hurt, or did we decide to not risk him in this meaningless loss?

They were pretty good the Texans' first 2 drives ...... the Colts, being the team that is riding the 6-game losing streak that they are currently on, are finding ways to make sure that any modest semblance of success gets undermined.

It's now 20-10 Texans, and there's another punt after a dropped ball by Pittman.

Who cares ???

I cared at that time (about 20 minutes ago), because the Colts were winning this game, and I was hoping that the Colts pulling off a win would prevent the Texans from winning the division (coupled with a Titans upset of the Jaguars) ...... it would be a very small measure of salvation to a ruined season.

Now that the Colts have shot themselves in the foot several times already since I made that post (the worst thing that an underdog can do when they are trying to pull off an upset), it may wind up being a moot point.

Don’t you hate it when a season has been reduced to just hoping that the teams we hate get beat? Man I hate the Jags.

Again, who cares? You play to win the game. Your opponents motivation means nothing.
