2) Austin Jackson, OT, USC
2) Jalen Reagor, WR, TCU
3) Bryce Hall, CB, UVA
4) Jake Fromm, QB, Georgia
5) Cheyenne O'Grady, TE, Arkansas
6) Derek Tuszka, DE, ND State
6) Kindle Vildor, CB, Georgia Southern.

Jackson's got pro bowl type talent at LT
Reagor's an explosive athlete with a 42 inch vertical
Hall's a prototype zone Corner
Fromm lacks arm strength, but they said the same thing about Peyton
O'Grady has huge upside, but he has major character flags, which I'm willing to ignore.
Tuszka's undersized for the position, but he brings explosion and performed at a high level at a small school. Reminds me of Mathis
Vildor brings everything to the position except size

I've actually found a thing PFF is good for. Their mock draft simulator is great. My most recent results:

Trade with NYJ:
21, 54, 127, 165 for 23, 34, 66, 86

23) DE Jaelan Phillips
34) LT Teven Jenkins
66) DE Payton Turner

Trade with PIT:
86 for 87, 128

Trade with LAR:
87 for 88, 141

88) WR Nico Collins
128) DT Milton Williams

Trade with JAX:
141 for 145, 170

145) CB Benjamin St. Juste
170) DT Bobby Brown III
206) TE Tre' McKitty
248) RB CJ Verdell

That's a completely rebuilt DL with athleticism and length abound, an LT for the next 10+ years, a big, fast X receiver, and a bunch of athletes with excellent traits. The first two picks alone would be better than a dream scenario.

No way Jenkins is there at 34

I took Jenkins at 21

Then Ronnie Perkins at 54

I agree about Jenkins. I think the Titans may trade up to get him and keep him away from us.

That first trade is utterly stupid, and totally unrealistic. You get to trade back just 2 spots, move up 20 spots in the 2nd round, go from pick 127 to 66 and then from pick 165 to 86?

Existing picks were worth 800, 360, 45 and 24 for a total of 1229 and in return you get 760, 560, 260 and 160 for a total of 1740. If you were EVER able to get that in real life, you would be voted GM of the year instantly. The net gain was 511 points or the 39th overall pick, so a very high 2nd round pick. I do understand this is just a draft simulator, but to say that it is a good one, when it offers that sort of trade option, says to me that it really isn't a very good simulator at all.

Personally i think that confirms that PFF is there only as a guide and wild fun.

I actually don't mind some of their statistical analysis, even if it is often very flawed.

Lopsided TVC trades have definitely happened in real life. One even happened between the Colts and Jets recently. In 2018, the Colts traded the #3 pick (2200) for the #6 pick (1600), #34 pick (560), #49 (410), and a 2019 2nd round pick (228), which, since it was from the Jets and they were drafting a QB, it is fair to assume that the pick would be top half of the round, and future picks are typically devalued by one round, which results in the value shown above, which is the average of the values of 3rd round picks 1-16. 2200 < 1600 + 560 + 410 + 228 = 2798. According to TVC, the Jets overpaid by the equivalent of a low 1 to move up those 3 spots. TVC is a guide and all of it is relative. Another example would be that I am certain the 49ers overpaid by TVC to move from 12 to 3, but if they get a QB that puts them in championship contention, they won't care.

QBs drive the price up of those picks.

There are examples, but only at the very top end of the draft, where you are trying to get the very cream of the crop and yes you then might have to pay a premium.

The Saints gave up the 27th and 147th (4th round) pick and the following year 1 to move up 13 spots to 14 to take Marcus Davenport.

1 Attachment(s)
So I thought this was interesting. It's not incredibly realistic, but I think adding that group of players would make the Colts much more formidable over the next several seasons. In case the attachment is unreadable for whatever reason:

31) EDGE Azeez Ojulari
33) LT Teven Jenkins
66) EDGE Payton Turner
91) WR Nico Collins
106) DE/DT Milton Williams
134) TE Tommy Tremble
157) CB Benjamin St Juste
165) CB Shakur Brown
170) EDGE Elerson Smith
223) OG Cole Van Lanen
248) DT Ta'Quan Graham

Each of the players listed at edge are long, athletic freaks. Including the DEs and DTs, the lowest RAS score in the bunch is Ojulari at 8.17, and the other 4 are above 9.6, topping out with Williams's 9.96. Obviously this isn't likely to happen, and I'd be willing to bet on most of these guys going a half to full round higher in the real draft, but it would be nice to get this group of players.
