Badgley got some good Luck wearing #12

That FG was a little scary ...... he just snuck it inside of the uprights.

I remember reading that we did try to trade up. Although it was likely to draft Bowers. I think we ended up ok at TE :)

I agree it’s a little early to label him a bust. I was just trying to start the conversation. I was focusing on him the first half. He was a complete non factor. Seems slow, easy to block. Can’t get to the QB or shed his blocker during the run. Hope I’m wrong, but his stats for the season are backing this up.

Racehorse 10-12-2025 03:04 PM

Time to force another Turnover

Brylok 10-12-2025 03:06 PM

There's Zaire's bonehead play of the day.

CletusPyle 10-12-2025 03:06 PM

Totally by accident, but stupid none the less!

Maybe Michael Badgley can be this season's Matt Stover, and be a solid-but-not-spectacular kicker on a trip to a Super Bowl appearance ...... that's what happened in 2009 when Stover had to pinch-hit for the injured Adam Vinatieri.

Defense was tightening up until 44 got that penalty

TheMugwump 10-12-2025 03:10 PM

Three backups in the secondary just ain't doing it. Time to dial up some all-out blitzes.

CletusPyle 10-12-2025 03:12 PM

This game is depressing....we don't look like the same team.

Ward's injury is looking more suspicious all the time!

Racehorse 10-12-2025 03:12 PM

Lots of injuries in Indianapolis today

IndyNorm 10-12-2025 03:16 PM

Well this is over. What a shit show performance by our D. I know we have some injuries (especially in the secondary), but they have plenty on O too.

The Colts have to win games when they play badly ...... that's what excellent teams do, and I think that the Colts may be an excellent team.

Over ??? As in the Colts don't have a prayer to come back and win this game ???

Brylok 10-12-2025 03:20 PM

Where's Pierce? Been invisible today. And where did Downs go?

Yep, pretty much. Maybe we can pull out a win if AZ starts shooting themselves in the foot. Our D certainly isn't going to do anything to stop their O.

Wait a second

Brylok 10-12-2025 03:21 PM

There's Pierce

Brylok 10-12-2025 03:22 PM

And there's Downs!

CletusPyle 10-12-2025 03:22 PM

Why isn't that hit on Downs a penalty?

You sound like the Cardinals DBs on that last drive

Thorgrim 10-12-2025 03:25 PM

Now we can slowly crawl away with a win.

sherck 10-12-2025 03:25 PM

Our defense got them off the field last series....until Franklin did his bonehead play.

I have faith.....

Because it was a clean, hard, legal hit.

With all of the rules changes that are stacking the deck against defensive players, fans are conditioning themselves into thinking any time that a receiver goes down from contact that it's a penalty.

As do I. May not be as convincing a win as it should be but I’m confident we pull it out. Blocked fg? Horrible shank?

I disagree, he had scored and the hit was late!

TheMugwump 10-12-2025 03:29 PM

Zero pass rush the past few drives. How about a blitz or two, Lou?

He hit him immediately after he touched the ball, which is legal.

If that were a Colts defender making the same exact play, I doubt that you would be up in arms as to why he wasn't called for a penalty. There was no complaint on the Colts' sidelines about that hit.

o

TheMugwump 10-12-2025 03:31 PM

"That's close, right there".

Close? He literally tackled him.

nate505 10-12-2025 03:32 PM

I hate when they pick up a flag and don't explain why

It was close, but on the slo-mo replay, you can see that Downs got three feet down before the hit. That's not immediate.

nate505 10-12-2025 03:33 PM

For fucks sake, that's a flag every play

NextManUp 10-12-2025 03:33 PM

I still don’t understand why Steichen declines so many penalties.

sherck 10-12-2025 03:33 PM

Our defense is so soft right now.....I know we have injuries but good golly.

nate505 10-12-2025 03:34 PM

Unreal, they give up so many chunk plays.

CletusPyle 10-12-2025 03:35 PM

We have to score TDs, I don't want to have to count on Badgley to tie or win the game!

The play was a net loss of down. They would have two downs to get ten yards, or three to get 15. That is three times for our defense to have to stop them. Odds are not good without Moore and Ward out there.

Lov2fish 10-12-2025 03:36 PM

They better get some defensive help before the trade deadline. This constantly watching a mediocre QB feast is nauseating week in and week out. All of these 3rd and long getting converted is inexcusable.

Thorgrim 10-12-2025 03:36 PM

Jacoby Brisset’s abuse of this defense is befuddling.
