Time to trade Buckner, Nelson and Taylor. This team is going no where and by the time the team has improved to the point of being a contender, these 3 will be tripping over their beard. Besides, they all deserve better teams to perform on.

Yep, they deserve a chance to play in meaningful games. Ballard would never do it though sadly. To the very last minute of his miserable fucking existence in this organization he is going to cling to whatever fractional, irrational, delusion that he and Shane can turn this thing around. In turn they suffer and so do we. Incompetent Prick!

Read an interesting stat where Shane is 7-25 against teams with winning records. This stat explains exactly how i feel about us.

His entire record is 27 and 28, which means his record against losing teams is 20 and 3. I guess I'll watch games when we play shitty teams and spend quality wife time when we play winning teams. It will make my life so much happier.

That is a weird fact. Something is obviously missing but what? How can we dominate poor teams yet not even compete against anybody who is good? What a bizarre way to be mediocre. Stiechen must know this, it has to drive him nuts

Simple, he’s tries to get cute with the play calling in the biggest moments of the big games vs winning teams and it usually falls flat on his face

Agree. It sucks that we seem to have fallen for the same trick two times in a row. We believed these two guys that sold us on being so smart they could outsmart the opposition when in fact, they are only capable of outsmarting themselves.

Spoken like a true coach—you found the exact flaw in this team. Easy fix: we just need to play terrible teams for the rest of the season... and then somehow convince the NFL to only let losing teams into the playoffs too.
It's the ultimate byproduct of Chris Ballard's roster building. He builds a high-floor team meant to beat bad squads, but completely lacks the elite game-changers needed to compete with real contenders.
