We talk is such a waste of physical talent. To me the most telling thing is that the lack of support he got from the locker room. Glad this is over

This had to happen. I actually think this reflects well in Ballard and Reich. They made a mistake, it was CLEARLY a mistake and it wasn’t going to work. Instead of letting their egos dictate that they try it again and hope for the best, they swallowed their pride and did what they had to do.

I don’t know what they’re gonna do at quarterback next year. They may actually be worse, that’s a real possibility. But they had to do something because they KNEW Wentz wasn’t gonna work. They have to keep looking.

In general I don’t disagree, but I believe Irsay provided them quite a push as well.

It's already been updated. The Colts are now #1 in cap space at just under $70m. That's nearly $14m ahead of #2 LAC.

Cannot believe they got out of that contract.

Absolutely Irsay did not want Went back. My feeling is that Irsay and Ballard said fuck no and Reich had to relent.

I heard on the radio today that Irsay said that he didn't want any anti-vaxers back. Anyone know if r is true?

I hope that’s not true because that would mean Leonard, Kelly, and Q won’t be back.

Well done Ballard. I figured we'd be lucky to get a mid to late round pick for Wentz. Maybe Wash's GM only watched Wentz's film for the first half or the season or fell asleep for the 2nd half :D. Either way, glad they gave up as much as they did.

Hopefully Ballard has a plan in place to bring in at least a competent vet. Can't see him wanting to roll with Ehlinger or throwing a 2nd/3rd round rookie to the fire like that, but stranger things have happened I suppose.

I can't believe he'd say that considering how many of our players, including some of our best players, are non vaxxed.

I am glad posters here have more sense than those on the Facebook groups. We are all glad the experiment is over, while those morons are crying over this move.
