Are the Jags the best team in the division? Has the AFC South really come to this? The Titans get beat semi-comfortably at home after talk this offseason of 2017 being their "breakout" year?
And the Texans get blown out at home by the Jags? And then we come out in week one and look like the worst team in the NFL. How terrible is this division? |

It should be 27-7. Which sucks, but sounds a lot better. But the Colts have a total and complete dumbfuck for a HC, who actually didn't take his time to look at the replay. I've seriously never seen anything like that before. It was a monumental brand of stupidity.

Maybe since we're so reliant upon Luck we should trade him for a boatload of draft picks, because there's no way when/if Luck comes back that he's going to be able to fix this mess. He deserves better than this.

This is the 34th time since 2012 that the Colts have been down by double digits at halftime.

How to characterize the first half? The Sum of all fears.
You had the obligatory coaching boner- failure to challenge. Defensively it was the Dallas pre season game all over, except we were playing last years last ranked offense. Spotty run defense, no pass rush, can't cover an aging sick mule on the way to the glue factory. Offensively, Tolzein is the limited, pedestrian QB we thought he was and our vaunted WR corps can't get separation. On a positive note the O line played better than I thought it would and the tandem of Gore and Mack looked good. BTW, why would you not keep trying to get to mack in the flat? It's code blue. |
