I like the decision to kick the extra point.

I don't like chasing down points until the last 5 to 8 minutes of the 4th quarter.

That kind of strategy cost the Panthers a Super Bowl against the Patriots in the 2003 season. They went for TWO 2-point conversions in the 2nd and 3rd quarters, the Patriots went for and got a 2-point conversion of their own (only because the Panthers missed their two conversion attempts), and Adam Vinatieri's field goal on the final play of the game was a game-winner (instead of a game-tier.)
