That was a "we're trying to fucking tank and keep the #1 pick" 4th and 1 playcall if I've ever seen it. Line-up the RB like 7 yards in the backfield, run the playclock down to 1-second like you're just trying to draw us offsides, but wait nope we are running a play, and give the RB a wide toss to the outside...it had no chance.
