The defense is a body missing it's heart. Leonard is that important.

I hope Frank's half time speech consists of:

"sorry guys, I've been pretending to be a coach for a long time, it is exhausting, I have decided I no longer want to live this life as a fraud, I am resigning effective immediately in the hopes that a real coach can do something with this team".
