Something along the lines of the Colts haven't won a division title in 10 years and the last eight of them with Chris Ballard as the GM. Then he paused and said, "Correlation?"

He asked how long it had been since the Colts won the division and was told it's been 10 years. Then he said that Ballard has been w/ the Colts for 8 years and wondered if there was a correlation there :D

Do Pro Bowl punters come from teams with horrible records more often than not? And if so, is it because they get to showcase their kicking much more often?
