I disagree. I think this is all Irsay. NFL radio has had several guys on close with Frank and they were all saying he would never fire his coordinator mid-season and Ehlinger is not ready to play. I think Irsay is just like, no more mediocrity, just go for a new young QB. The problem is I wouldn't do that in this draft. Unless you want to take on a project at the position. It's too bad because I think Reich would have done well coaching a young QB up.

Reich had a top ten offense every year except this one and the Brisset year.
