I think Stroud improves the same way both of those two improved upon entering the league: by being a film junkie and learning the tendencies of opposing defenses and players and how to counter those things. He certainly has a lot to learn in that regard.

Stroud & Richardson both jumped Young today, imo. Ballard is going to have to grow some balls & trade up if he wants either of them.

Everyone has room to grow.... it's the willingness to grow. Stroud seems to have the willingness. You are taking a chance on all of these guys. Let's hope that the coaches and our GM pair up the right QB with this team.

Ricky Henderson was 5'10", 180 in his playing days. Played left field and hit leadoff though.

Didn't know the Richardson story until yesterday. Pretty impressive display of overcoming long odds. With him you know you are getting a guy that appreciates the struggle and the dedication to become something great, a lot to be said for that mentality.
