Groh was the WR position coach when Reich was Philly's OC.

When Reich took the Colts HC job, Groh was promoted to Philly's OC.

Groh and the new WR position coach were let go this offseason. Philly had a lot of injuries this year, though, to both their WR + RB's. Not to mention that Pederson calls the offensive plays.

I haven't seen any departures from the Colts staff this offseason on the offensive side of the ball. So they may re-assign some responsibilities or just invent a new assistant or game planning position for Groh to fill.

Maybe he will just be Chad Kelly's personal coach to keep his ass out of trouble

Coaching moves for the #Colts: Per source, former Eagles OC Mike Groh will reunite with Frank Reich as the team's new WR coach. Former WR coach Kevin Patullo will slide into a new role: passing game specialist. Colts were 30th in that area last fall.

maybe a new QB would help the situation?
