ideally slauson would be a backup. i think haeg would be a better lg.

mewhort could play rg until a rookie gets up to speed. let Good and Clark battle it out for rt unless we get one of those bastards in the draft as well.

This is all about competition. Ballard will still draft OL, and those guys will have to compete against NFL vets that know how to prepare, and realize that this may be their last stop.

Grizzled vets competing against young pups is what the NFL is all about.

Or he gets injured in game 2...whichever comes first

Unfair to predict him getting injured? Maybe but history often indicates future
