I read one possible trade proposal of wentz, tight end zack ertz and colts absorbing partial wentz cap hit for their 1st round pick. I could live with that trade.

Let him go to the Bears.
He seems completely emotionally broken. An emotional broken QB would fit in well with a team with a history of Trubisky, Cutler, and Grossman. |

That would be something to consider.

If the Seahawks are willing to part with Russell Wilson, jump on that instead of a shit qb like Wentz.

That's a QB worth giving up 2 1s. If the Seahawks are dumb enough to trade him, grab him and run.

That sounds reasonable to me. I was not a fan of bringing Rivers to Indy for a $25M "golden parachute." I'd like to think Wentz has a few good seasons left in him. Need a QB who will be here at least three seasons or more.

I think the Colts could get both for less than that. Maybe 2 mid round picks. Seems like the market for Wentz is light and Ballard isn't one to overpay.

The latest rumor

There is a perception Philly is losing leverage, especially with teams like the Colts openly looking at Darnold. |
