I saw the game ...... 2 offensive linemen on the Lions approached the referee, and did not report. Then a 3rd lineman came over right behind the first 2 linemen, and claimed to report. The first 2 lineman claimed that they just "happened to be walking in the same vicinity as was the referee", but weren't reporting. And because of the ambiguity of their actions, the referees rightfully called the Lions for a penalty for not properly reporting the eligibility of a receiver.
