Default Week 9 Injury Reports

https://twitter.com/HolderStephen/st...40654947786753

Regarding DE Kemoko Turay, Reich says "he looks good" and is "making the progress we want to see" but did not commit to whether he'll play on Sunday. I would not anticipate him giving to many clues on their intent there.

The Colts don't expect WR TY Hilton (groin) to practice today.

"Too early to tell," says Frank Reich, if the Colts' veteran WR can go Sunday vs. the Ravens. TY has often played without practicing in the past.

Colts: LB Matt Adams is designated to return to practice

Baltimore will also be missing a few key contributors:

LT Ronnie Stanley is out for the season with a fractured and dislocated ankle. When Stanley has missed snaps this year, Baltimore has been sliding RT Orlando Brown over to the left side and inserting DJ Fluker at RT. So Stanley's injury will probably affect two positions on the line.

#Ravens coach John Harbaugh announces that LT Ronnie Stanley is out for the season with a “severe ankle injury.” Just brutal.

Quote:
#Ravens All-Pro LT Ronnie Stanley, already declared out for the season, suffered a fractured and dislocated ankle that also likely includes torn ligaments, source said. He faces a long road to recovery, but should be back and ready by the 2021 season.
CB Marlon Humphrey will also be held out of the game due to a positive COVID-19 test. Seven additional players who had close contact with Humphrey will not practice this week - if they have negative COVID-19 tests all week, they will be cleared to play in the game vs the Colts.

#Ravens star CB Marlon Humphrey also says he has COVID-19. The team is following guidelines of the intensive protocol.

There actually will be seven #Ravens players added to the Reserve/COVID-19 list today, I'm told -- six who had game-day contact with CB Marlon Humphrey, plus another who had social contact. None of them will practice this week, but all should be on track to be cleared by Sunday.

The seven #Ravens placed on Reserve/COVID-19 because of high-risk close contact are: LBs Matt Judon, Patrick Queen, Malik Harrison and L.J. Fort, G Tyre Phillips, DB DeShon Elliott and practice squad DB Terrell Bonds.

Several Colts players are home waiting for tests including Nelson. They came into contact with a staffer who tested positive. If they test ok tomorrow they can go back to work.

The four Colts players who missed practice because of COVID-19 contact tracing on Thursday, including All-Pro Quenton Nelson, are back with the team today. That means they passed additional tests and have been cleared. The Colts host the Ravens on Sunday.

Might be a bit thin at WR on Sunday....I am guessing that the Colts will elevate one of the practice squad WR's - Harris, Fountain - so that they are available for the game.

Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (groin) will be DOUBTFUL for Sunday’s game against the Ravens.

WR Ashton Dulin (knee) is OUT

Colts WR Marcus Johnson "got dinged up a little Wednesday ... but was full . . . participant . . . for practice today. Will be QUESTIONABLE for the game."

Reich says Colts will wait to make a decision on DE Kemoko Turay, says they're still monitoring him day to day.

If they pull him off the reserve/PUP, I'd guess that move happens tomorrow.

LB Matthew Adams has been officially activated from the IR - the corresponding roster move is WR Ashton Dulin has been placed on IR.

Both practice squad WR's Daurice Fountain and DeMichael Harris have been elevated to the game day roster - so they will be available to play if needed.
