#1 is Luke stocker of the titans. Dude had 15 receptions.
If you put an ounce of stock into a pff grade, you are a fucking moron. It is that simple.

Stocker is awesome. On those 15 plays he clearly showed how dominant he is by dominating the PFF grades. He is actually so dominant that the Titans decided not to play him out of fear he might get hurt and couldn't play.

Although i agree with the sentiment that PFF ratings are generally garbage and that Stocker is highly unlikely to be the best TE in the AFC South, evaluating a TE as garbage because he only had 15 receptions, is BS as well. A TE's role is multi faceted, and his main role may very well be as a blocker which for all i know he might be as good at as Quenton Nelson.
