I like Sanchez's stats. They look pretty solid for a college kicker.

100% on FG as a senior? Very nice backup to Vinny!

Locke better have a good camp or else we could see him heading for the door.

Cheers,

Default Write Up on Colts UDFA's - Pro Football Spot

QB Phillip Walker, Temple (5-11, 214) — Walker is Temple’s all-time leading quarterback. He started 47-of-49 games and is the school’s all-time leader in passing attempts (1,410), completions (803), passing yards (10,273), touchdown passes (72) and total offense (11,100). Walker is a dual threat, also running for 763 yards and 9 touchdowns on 342 carries. He is the only Temple quarterback to lead the team to multiple bowl games.

RB Dalton Crossan, New Hampshire (5-11, 202) — Crossan is a highly experienced, highly productive back. He contributed just about everywhere at UNH, totaling 2,617 yards rushing (27), 779 receiving (8) and 1,793 on kickoff returns (1) in 44 games. He is also a good pass-catcher and can line up in the slot. That, plus his background in lacrosse, gives him the type of unique traits that the Colts are looking for.

RB Brandon Radcliff, Louisville (5-9, 206) — Radcliff was Louisville’s lead back next to Heisman-winning quarterback Lamar Jackson in 2016. Radcliff started 21-of-50 games in his career, compiling 438 carries for 2,365 yards (5.4 avg.) and 26 touchdowns to go with 20 receptions for 199 yards and 1 touchdown.

WR Trey Griffey, Arizona (6-2, 209) — Yes, Ken Griffey Jr.’s son. Trey started 18-of-44 games for Arizona and caught 79 passes for 1,241 yards and 6 touchdowns. He is a two-sport star, also having experience in baseball. He was good enough to be drafted by the Seattle Mariners in the 24th round of the 2016 MLB Draft.

WR Bug Howard, North Carolina (6-4, 221) — Howard is a seasoned receiver. He started 20-of-53 games and totaled 146 receptions for 2,048 yards and 18 touchdowns in that time. He helped Chicago Bears first-round pick Mitchell Trubisky as a possession receiver who moved the chains.

WR Jerome Lane, Akron (6-3, 226) — Lane is one of the more interesting Colts UDFA’s. He started his career as an outside linebacker from 2013-’14 before moving to receiver from 2015-’16. You don’t see many players with this type of collegiate stat line: 23 starts in 37 games, 101 receptions for 1,800 yards (17.8 avg.) and 14 touchdowns to go along with 17 tackles (5.0 for loss) and 5.0 sacks. He plays receiver like a former defensive end, using physicality to make plays.

WR JoJo Natson, Akron (5-7, 159) — Natson may be tiny, but he was a highly decorated punt returner for both Utah State (2012-’14) and Akron (2016). Overall for his collegiate career, he started 30-of-51 games, had 186 catches for 1,868 yards (10.0 avg) and 15 touchdowns. He ran 84 times for 617 yards (7.3 avg) and 6 touchdowns. As a return man, he returned 72 punts for 904 yards (12.6 avg) and 6 touchdowns. He rarely returned kickoffs, with just 5 for 63 yards (12.6 avg). Natson earned First Team All-MAC honors in 2016 as a punt returner and Second Team All-MAC as a receiver. He ranked second in the nation in punt return touchdowns and punt return average (16.3). At USU, he tied for first all-time in Mountain West history for punt return touchdowns (4).

TE Darrell Daniels, Washington (6-3, 247) — A former wide receiver, Daniels is an intriguing player. He still has the movement skills of a receiver, but now in a tight end body. He started 18-of-49 games for the Huskies and totaled 47 receptions for 728 yards and 5 touchdowns.

TE Colin Jeter, LSU (6-6, 251) — Jeter started 17-of-35 games for the Tigers. He compiled 23 receptions for 289 yards and 2 touchdowns and was a 2017 East-West Shrine Game participant.

OT Jerry Ugokwe, William & Mary (6-7, 321) — Ugokwe is still young to the sport of football, not starting until he was a junior in high school. However, he was good enough to start 42-of-43 games for W&M, seven as a freshman at left tackle and then 35 straight at right tackle. Like current Colts offensive linemen Denzelle Good (6-5, 355) and Zach Banner (6-9, 360), Ugokwe is huge.

OG Deyshawn Bond, Cincinnati (6-0, 302) — Bond is an extremely experienced player, starting 47-of-48 games for the Bearcats. He was primarily a center. He is a well-balanced blocker in both the pass and run games. His biggest knock was his size, but weighing in for the Colts at 302 rather than the 287 that he was during the pre-draft process is a good sign.

OG Christopher Muller, Rutgers (6-6, 315) — Muller started 49-of-50 games at Rutgers, never missing a game after making his first start. He almost always played at right guard, with the exception of one start at center.

DE Jhaustin Thomas, Iowa State (6-5, 292) — Thomas made his debut at Trinity Valley Community College, playing both basketball and football before moving on to Iowa State from 2015-’16. He started 6-of-20 games, totaling 38 tackles (12.0 for loss), 4.0 sacks, 1 pass breakup and 1 interception.

OLB Garrett Sickels, Penn State (6-4, 261) — Sickels is one player that probably ought to have been drafted. He started 24-of-39 games for the Nittany Lions, constantly harrassing quarterbacks. He is a high-motor player who totaled 93 tackles (20.5 for loss), 11.0 sacks, 1 pass breakup, 1 forced fumble and 2 fumble recoveries.

CB Chris Lyles, Mississippi College (6-2, 191) — Lyles got his start at Hinds Community College, putting up 30 tackles, 2 pass breakups and 1 forced fumble. Then, he transferred and caught on at Mississippi College as both a football and track star. There, he started 16-of-17 games, posting 36 tackles (0.5 for loss), 7 pass breakups, 2 interceptions, 1 forced fumble and 1 fumble recovery.

CB Reggie Porter, Utah (5-11, 185) — Porter started 22-of-36 games at Utah and posted 91 tackles (2.0 for loss), 18 pass breakups, 2 interceptions and 1 fumble recovery. Porter missed the entire 2014 season due to a knee injury.

P Rigoberto Sanchez, Hawaii (6-0, 193) — Sanchez was a do-it-all special teamer for Hawaii. He transferred there from Butte College in 2015. In his two seasons at Hawaii, Sanchez hit 21-of-24 field goals (87.5%), with a long of 55, including 13-for-13 in 2016. He punted 144 times for a 44.8 avg, including 49 punts inside the opponent’s 20-yard line and 45 punts of 50-plus yards. He also 39 touchbacks on 93 kickoffs.

LS Thomas Hennessy, Duke (6-2, 246) — The Colts are lacking a long snapper after releasing Matt Overton and Joe Fortunato this week. Linebacker Luke Rhodes has been handling the snapping duties in offseason activities this spring, but now that can be deferred to Hennessy. He was Duke’s full-time long snapper from 2013-’16 (52 games).

@MikeReiss
Kicker Josh Gable, who tried out at Patriots rookie camp last weekend, has been invited as tryout player at Colts' rookie camp this weekend.
