As a dermatologist, my assumption is cutaneous malignancy. Melanoma does occur in younger individuals. he could have had the procedure, if it was thin, it would just be an excision. No obvious insight, just speculation, as I excise thin melanomas.

a lot of people were speculating it was testicular, apparently you can recover from that surgery pretty quick too, but yea, a melanoma would be another possibility.

Could have been rectal. It would take me longer than 4 weeks to recover from having a scope big enough to see Uranus to preform the surgery.
