This front office deserves the benefit of the doubt on its hires. From Ballard assembling "the Avengers of scouting" to making an excellent coaching hire in Reich after the McVisor debacle and Reich's adaptability in accepting Eberflus as DC and hiring great staff that's already been poached in Sirianni and co., this front office has done great work and been great for several seasons. Looking forward to seeing who they bring in. One thing I'm hoping for is that they increase the involvement of Robert Mathis.

This is an indication of how good this organization is. We want this to happen. We want this team to be a place great young coaches want to come because it will be a great stepping stone in their careers.

Reality is that if Luck had not retired, we would be knocking on the SB door every season from the last until who know when.

The team is very well run. We find a QB and keep plugging holes that come up (like Castonzo) and we will be good for a long time.

Mawae had a close relationship with Howard Mudd, who coached Mawae for the first four years of his career in Seattle.

Man we got picked clean. Hilarious considering all the other teams with success in the playoffs.

I guess the Colts have already filled the TE Coach job.

Whenever Asst OL Coach Klayton Adams reversed course on the ASU job to remain with the Colts - it appears that part of the reason was to receive a new job title.

To clarify... Former Colts assistant OL coach Klayton Adams remains on staff but will now be coaching tight ends. That job opened with Jason Michael’s departure to the Eagles.

I like that move. I remember for a long time he and Jeff Saturday being the two best OCs in the AFC.

Well, at least we lowered the asshole percentage a tad in Philly.
