But like I said. Harbaugh is a prick. wears out his welcome very quickly. So Jim may want to hear from a trusted player that played for him.

Maybe they are just there to reminisce. Who knows.

I'd love Harbaugh and all his roughness as HC But Irsay has been hiring nice guys since Jim Mora was HC.

Not trying to convince anyone. Just sharing my thinking on this

Why is Jim Irsay A great owner? He loves football players. The super serious (Peyton), the ones who take a taxi to camp (Edge), the guys who outplay expectations (Saturday). He really loves players who refuse to quit, and that would be Harbaugh.

The three individuals in question happen to be in town and why wouldnt they wind up together for an evening? Its what people do.

Maybe Irsay called them in to pick their brains on how to go from here. Likely scenario

Irsay has been involve with the Colts for 40 years. I’m not sure how much help Luck or Harbaugh would be, experience is on Jim’s side.

Maybe they could give some insight on David Shaw??? Thats my wag for today.

That would actually make a lot of sense....but the real dream team would be Harbaugh as Head Coach and Shaw as Offensive Coordinator! Shaw seems to fit Jim's nice guy coaching fetish!

I want Jim Harbaugh and Mike Kafka from the Giants as OC. The Colts desperately need some ass-kicking and creativity. They're as boring as watching grass grow. I'm dreading tomorrow night. Ugh.

Neither of those guys will come to the Colts. I realize that. I can dream though

I'd be tempted to hire Kafka as head coach if we can't get Harbaugh. Gotta do something and he's creative. Whatever

I am worried it could be Shaw, he just resigned a few days ago, and he was considered before the Colts hired Reich. Maybe he is not interested, maybe he wants a break or is looking for a GM or executive position? Would the Colts consider him a GM candidate if Ballard is history? Nothing against Shaw, seems like a great guy, good moral character, but I am really hoping for a coach with an edge to him...I've said it before, we need an ass kicker!
