Khalil Mack
Khalil Mack is holding out and hasn't even spoken with Gruden since he was hired. If you're Ballard, do you at least pick up the phone and see if the Raiders would be open to moving him?

27 years and consistent production.
What does his contract look like and has he been healthy to date? |

Not sure about the contract but he's started 16 games for the last 4 years, I'm not aware of any health issues recently

Offer your 1 and hope for the best. He's worth it.

Would love to get him but Oakland isn’t letting him go

Why would any afc team release/trade their best passrusher while still young and effective? |

John Gruden is terrible at personnel management.

If the Raiders trade Khalil Mack then I’ll have to assume that Al Davis has been faking his own death for the last seven years.

This. Not happening. It would be like us trading away Freeney in his prime. Make the effort to fix the issue, don't get rid of an extremely talented player at one of the most important positions.
