Really thrilled about this signing. Was not looking forward to Ballard having to draft a NT this year.

Honestly, if there isn't a game-changing LB/EDGE/boundary CB player at 15 (I think the difference between bottom half round 1 pass-rushers and rounds 2-3 available pass-rushers will be minimal at best), I think this puts Colts back in play for RB again in 1st round. I'll stick to that. Haters gonna hate.

Ooooh, a running back? Omaha is gonna eat you alive.

And rightfully so, I might add.

No RB in the 1st round.

There should definitely be an impact defensive player at 15.

You can get a rb later. It isn't that big of a need this year. Quality backs can be had later just like your argument with pass rushers.

We need to get a great defense. The offense can win with less at the skill positions with a guy like Luck

I think there's our assessment of impact player, then Ballard's. So I would hope so. But I think less players probably hit the cross-section of playmaker for this defense than most fans project.

(That said, at least at CB, I sure would hope so. I'm not optimistic about EDGE or ILB at 15. But CB seems like it should happen, right?)

Long way of saying I'd rather have a dynamic young RB/slot WR/return specialist talent than a slightly better Greg Toler or something.

I would rather go OL than RB/WR at this point.

Well of course. But only time will tell us that. We can only go with the on paper version.

Reuben Foster might very well be there at #15 for us. I heard McShay say last night that don't be surprised if both Redidck and Jarrad Davis are gone before Foster. That would likely lead to him lasting to #15.

I don't really consider either Reddick/Davis impact players in the same mold. I'm fine with drafting Reddick at #15, but with Davis, I'd rather trade back into the 20's and grab either him or Zach Cunningham there, rather than reach for him a bit at #15.

I think that of all the pass rushers that I do like (Barnett, Tim Williams, Charles Harris, Carl Lawson) that there's a fair chance that at least one will be there in Round 2.

This OL class sucksssss.

Also I don't get why people don't think RB is a need. It's maybe not the same need as CB or LB, true, but it's a need, and bigger need than OL at that.
