i think you make shotty the hc. see if he can get some semblance of an offence going. the defense is fucked with munchichi calling plays. chud can't call a good offensive game so i don't think he needs more on his plate

Pagano has to go before the morale gets even worse, and the fan base goes with it.

Exactly, Irsay risks losing some of the fan base that may lose interest, especially if they don't think he's committed to winning, and they may not come back next season. If they fire Pagano now the fans will rally around this team, because there's actually hope for the future.
