Colts hosting veteran safeties....
Multiple sources are reporting that we are hosting Tre Boston (LAC) and Kenny Vaccaro (NO) on visits this week.
Boston is more of a free safety while Vaccaro is a strong safety. Safeties currently on roster: Free Safeties: Malik Hooker T.J. Green Chris Cooper George Odum Strong Safeties: Clayton Geathers Matthias Farley Ronald Martin Okay, behind Hooker, Geathers, Farley and Green, we don't have much but that top 4 seems pretty solid to me. I wonder if this is more of a statement that they don't expect Geathers to medically recover? Or, that there might be issues with Hooker's recover? Or, they just want some proven veteran talent from a safety market that has been VERY slow moving. Or....I have no idea. Both are young. Both are experienced. Both have played at pretty darn high levels. FS = Hooker / Boston SS = Vaccaro / Geathers / Farley Okay, that is a safety lineup to GET BEHIND! Just interesting. Walk Worthy,

Those are some big-ish names, I'm surprised the safety market is so bad. Ballard might just be bargain shopping.
