I really believe the players have quit on Pagano. They just look so disinterested. It's like they expect to lose every game now. If Irsay is too dumb to realize that, then he needs to let Ballard run the show and get the fuck out of the way.

Irsay: Well, umm, umm if Andrew were playing we would be umm a much better team. It's umm really not Chuck's fault. He needs umm to just a have a fully healthy team. Umm you know.

Lol the players got that memo. Just saw the Facebook live interview.....poor Farley got the short stick and did the player interview. To 4 questions his response was.....we just didn't execute, we gotta execute better, we flat out didn't execute. Finally, some consistency!

Before today I was of the school of thought that you let Pagano finish
out the season and then make the change. That's generally how stable franchises do it. But today was a watershed moment. It's one thing not to be able to make adjustments, to be unable to instill discipline, to not understand the proper use of timeouts and challenges; but it is quite another thing when you lose the team, when you cannot field a competitive team. Pagano has to go now, with the full knowledge that the interim coach wont fare much better record wise. There has to be accountability and the stench of incompetence has to be at least ameliorated. Does Irsay have the guts to do it? He's blown up the ship in '97 and 2011 so I'd say he does. He does seem to have some attachment to Pagano though and that could be a factor. |

In a moment of extreme irony or perhaps significant foreshadowing one of the Colts reporters did the post game interview of the Colts "player of the game"....that's Farley in case you're trying to figure out who could earn such an honor......anyway this segment is sponsored by a bank and as the reporter closed out the interview he said "this segment is sponsored by Reagents Bank". And then he shared their logo......"it's time to expect more". Indeed.

It's inevitable, the sooner it happens, the sooner we can have faith in the Colts organization again, the longer Pags stays the more dysfunctional we will become. I swear I said the same thing last year.
