This is possibly the worst preseason football I have ever watched.

I like how our punter is performing today. Well, one of them.

@bkravitz
During the TV broadcast, Chris Ballard said Luck's arm is stronger now than it was at any time last year. Sounds like he may be throwing. |

Who won a battle today? Not even talking about "OMG no big plays!!!". Who won a battle on any given play? Any linemen that were bright spots? A few players in the defensive backfield made a few decent plays, but it almost seems like positive, well played instances are due to a player's athleticism and a bit of luck rather than "wow, that was a good scheme, the coach put him in the right place to make a play."
I thought Sheard and Simon looked pretty good early on. Sheard did a great job running down plays from the backside and Simon's INT was a pretty good play. I thought T.J. Green looked pretty good in his play time. Appeared to hit well, be in position on pass plays and made a nice delayed blitz to force the QB into the T.Y. McGill sack. Wilson got some pain thrown his way but showed later in the game that he can learn from the experience. Other than that? Yeah, I got nothing.
