There are 53 players on an active NFL roster. Obviously, every player that a team signs isn't going to be a star that will have a major impact on a team's playoff chances. Brown played in all 16 games on special teams last year, and the 303 snaps that he played on those special teams was the 2nd-most of any player on the team. So no, Tony Brown won't be a Patrick Mahomes-like difference maker in 2023, but he earned every dollar that he was paid last year for his contributions ...... the same cannot be said for at least a few other players on the 2022 team. o
