So refreshing hearing the competence in Ballard, he gets it, too bad Grigson screwed up so bad that Ballard had to clean up his mess, but soon we will be seeing this thing take off under Ballard.

I don't even remember seeing big sweaty on camera or interview. Ballard has a much better presence and you can tell he has confidence and patience. Now we just need to nail these top three rounds.
