Default Defense week 2 stats

Shout out to our defense for week 2 stats:

Allowed 1 of 10 conversions on 3rd down
Allows 0 for 1 conversions on 4th down
Allowed only 119 passing
4 sacks for 35 yards lost
2 forced fumbles
6 TFLs for 36 yards lost

A couple (too early) notes on the season:

2nd Place with 8 sacks
2nd place with 58 sack yards
11th place with points allowed
2nd place for forced fumbles
10th place for FF recovered
24th for passes defensed

Hoping we can get Sheard back at home next week, but looking forward to seeing this unit grow.

That's good shit!

Venturi just pointed out that last year we went from 31st in the NFL to 5th in the 4th Qtr- that is strong! Yesterday we had back to back 3 and outs and of course the big stop on the final drive. That's a winning attitude coming through in the clutch- testament to the way they are coached up.

Myles Garret is gonna have 8 sacks tonight on his own.

I’d like to see the Colts recover a few more of those fumbles. They’ve been a bit unlucky there so far.

Also, catch the ball when it’s thrown right at you.

Stupid defensive player tried to pick it up and run with it last game. Just fall on it.
