People are acting like this is the first off season we have gone thru with Ballard. This is how he operates. We may love it or hate it but it is how it is. I personally love it. The only real worry I have is pass rush and I can’t remember when I didn’t worry about it. Ballard has put a lot of resources into the rush thru the draft and has nothing really to show for it Hopefully on of those picks will have a light come on I don’t think you can solve your rush thru free agency. Losing Autry was expected We bought low and he left with a nice contract. I’m willing to bet we end up getting his best years It’s way early. Relax freaks

It’s cash flow. They took on an existing contract, and they have to account how they gonna pay for it. By the way the owners are a little cash poor since nobody went to the football games last year.

Most owners are not a little cash poor, that's just fucking stupid to say. We need a pass rusher and a LT. Top 5 in cap space and we haven't signed anyone to address that. I haven't said go out and blow your wad Irsay/Ballard, but damn when you have a 25 year old stud available like Lawson, go get him. He's not going to break the bank for God's sake. Sign him and then concentrate on getting a LT. Jaff, you really need to put down the liquor before you post stupid shit like this. By the way, everyone pays big money for their QB, don't use that as an excuse.

And he is not. There’s a pandemic have you noticed? In the stock market is all over the place or have you not noticed that?

He doesn’t have a big safe in his office full of cash, and if you think anyone does that’s just dumb.

They are altering his pre-existing contract so it makes more sense for the team he’s on now. And that means That you’re gonna need to move money from here to there and that it may be more than what you had in your safe.

The cap Is somewhere around $280 million. Do you think he has that sitting around in tens and 20s? Don’t be a simpleton

Since 2017 the stock market has almost doubled, so don't use that as an excuse, and the cap is the money that the owners receive from the TV deals, its not coming out of Irsays pocket.
