I agree from what I saw, but if Ehlinger hasn't been able to strengthen his arm to this point, is it all that possible he can?

Drew Brees did it. Not sure how. But he did it as a pro.

He improved his core strength. At least that's what he credits, and it makes sense given the importance of core strength to throwing a football with power.
