Colts waived S Matthias Farley
Colts waived S Matthias Farley.
Farley has been a core special teamer several years running, though he missed 11 games with injury in 2018. The Colts thought enough of him to release a statement on his release. He should land elsewhere. Related: Indianapolis Colts Aug 26, 2019, 2:05 PM ET https://www.rotoworld.com/football/n...atthias-farley

Always loved this guy, all the way back to the days at ND, always dependable and you knew he would give you whatever he had despite some obvious shortcomings. This is the type of player that you hate to see go but yes indeed it is a sign that this team is far deeper than at any point in probably 10 years (Venturi keeps saying this is the best personnel he's seen since that SB team and I roll with him on that!).
Thank you for your years of service! |

One thing I think they may regret is moving up for Willis and not taking Jarrett Stidham in Rd4. Is rather have Stidham and Farley than Willis.
