I think we actually have some pieces already in Matt Jones, Christine Michael and then the short yardage back in Turbin.

Receiver is a bigger need than RB. Running backs are almost exclusively by committee these days and there is little value in having a No. 1 back these days.
I really think ROJO is much better than Mack. He isn't a bouncer like Mack and in the open field he is just as dangerous if not more so with production against better competition.

You might argue that the consequences of picking a bad guard are less severe than, say, picking a bad QB. That I'd agree with. But it doesn't mean that you shouldn't pick guards until Day 3.
Yes and no. Basically the best athletes usually go in the first round. And defenses have the best athletes on the field. Now guard doesn't need to be filled by a great athlete, it can be played competently by a lesser athlete. If the guy is a great athlete he would be playing on the outside.

Guys that are going now are guys that usually have a knock against them of some form. And of course guys that fell out of the 1st simply bc someone didn't take them.

We can find smaller LBs now, and other guys that need some development time.

ROJO maybe a better back than Mack, not really arguing that, but we don't need a similarly skilled back to Mack especially not in the 2nd round. We need a compliment to Mack.

Gimme Maurice Hurst if there's a reasonable chance he plays even 5 years.

Surprised no one has mentioned Connor Williams since we could use a RT.

I am hoping for Hernandez and Williams or Landry and Williams tonight.

I like Williams. I think he still has LT capability. Whether that's this season or next, who knows. He's athletic as hell.

Again -- I'm all in on OL in 2nd round BECAUSE THE VALUE IS HERE and you committed to it already with Nelson. Anyone thinking my head will explode if Colts go Williams or Hernandez tonight hasn't been following my logic

I’m gonna go out on a limb here, and predict we go all Guard from here on out.
